Bento Xpert in Milwaukee is a gem for anyone craving authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Located at 1125 N 9th St, this eatery receives glowing reviews from customers who rave about its quality and affordability. Fei, a local Taiwanese, cherishes the nostalgic flavors and highly recommends the gua bao alongside bubble tea for a complete experience. Ryan Kim has made multiple visits, often opting for the five-spice chicken bento, praising the balanced meal that includes a delightful choice between a braised egg or an egg roll. Yu-Ting Chang added that the deep-fried pork chop is a must-try, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to authenticity and cleanliness in its dining environment.

Lastly, Chrys Rios complimented the quick and friendly service, particularly enjoying the matcha boba tea and the customizable smoothie options for her daughter.
Overall, Bento Xpert stands out for its tasty dishes, welcoming atmosphere, and affordability—truly a top Asian dining destination in Milwaukee.

Everyone recommends this place! They have very reasonable price for good food!! I am Taiwanese, when I miss my hometown food, I will stop by here. We always order no. 10 and no.15, the gua bao is amazing too! Don't forget to order bubble tea while you are eating there!

I’ve been here probably around 10 times prior to writing this review. I usually get the five spice chicken bento, but this time I got the Taiwanese pork chop. Everything was delicious, and I like how they include some vegetable to help balance out the meal. When you order the bento, you can either get a braised egg or an egg roll. Everything is 10. Favorite Asian restaurant in Milwaukee. Definitely worth a visit!!

I hope you go in wearing flip flops because this food is going to knock your socks off. Fast, tasty and relatively cheap. Definitely a place I would stop again. I got the Orange chicken and that was great almost too much to eat. My nephew got the braised beef and demolished it. Only missing a star on atmosphere becuase of the location and the vibe as a kitchen corner. Still 5 star food

My daughter and I stopped here after an appointment for drinks. I got the matcha boba tea and my daughter got a strawberry banana smoothie. There’s even an option to add boba to your smoothies! She said it’s a 10 out of 10. Fast and very friendly service. Will be coming here again!

Very authentic Taiwanese bento! We had ground pork w rice and pork chop rice. Both are fresh and yummy. The owners are Taiwanese as well. Surprised to see they even offer kuo bao and boba tea! Worth a try!

Was an absolute amazing meal with an even better price. Was cooked so fresh and hot it burned my mouth a little. Got the general tao chicken bento and omg so good. Egg rolls were delicious too. Also got a pork bun they were ok. My first time trying one a little dry but still good. The dumplings were a little too crispy but still delicious.

This is a lovely little hidden gem. It sits in a little cafeteria area on the first floor of an apartment building. The food was hot, fresh, refreshing and delicious. I wish we got more radish, it was so good! Def recommened the taiwan menu side. The veggies are cooked, but served cold, which was surprisingly perfect. There is a little seating area that you can eat at if you want to stop in.
